SVA announces New Partner Santiago Graf

We are excited to announce that Santiago Graf is joining our firm as a partner, bringing an outstanding track record and extensive experience.
Santiago has broad experience advising local and international clients as well as financial institutions, on the structuring and execution of structured finance transactions. His expertise also includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, as well as representing issuers and financial institutions in national and international debt and equity offerings, both public and private.
In his more recent work, Santiago worked hand on hand with a cleantech startup based in Mexico City, specializing in the electromobility ecosystem. Among other of his accomplishments, Santiago advised the startup on negotiating and implementing a debt raising effort of ~MXN1,300 million involving diverse local and international players.
At SVA, we believe there´s an unattended market which requires different legal advice to what conventional players offer. The addition of Santiago strengthens our ability to provide agile and to the point legal advice which differentiates from traditional models. His joining also underscores SVA’s rapid growth and acknowledges the outstanding work of our team to date.
