Hector Andrés Camacho Portillo

Héctor is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, a prestigious alma mater in law in Mexico, widely specialized in financial and banking regulation, as well as in the corporate field and mergers and acquisitions.

He began his career at the Bank of Mexico, gaining experience in the supervision of the country's financial institutions and in international financial matters. Subsequently, he joined an innovative law firm specialized in Startups, where he grew rapidly, standing out in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, international corporate matters and venture capital investment rounds, becoming the firm's youngest partner.

Following his entrepreneurial nature, Héctor has started various businesses, and with the intention of advising people with that business spirit, he decided to found Singularity Venture Advisors, to harness his passion, knowledge and experience.

During his career, he has been involved in numerous highly relevant matters in various legal areas. His experience includes the structuring and negotiation of important corporate transactions such as international acquisitions and structuring, complex regulatory authorizations in the financial sector and advising on innovative legaltech projects. His strategic approach and ability to find creative solutions have been instrumental in his clients' success in large-scale legal matters.
